If you have a minimum of £25,000 to invest and are interested in accessing a range of short-term property investment opportunities, then TAB is for you.
By becoming a TAB Funder you can choose to invest in any of our carefully vetted projects and get a monthly return.
Choose Your Portfolio
TAB loans are targeted at property professionals in need of steady cash flow for short-term projects. We offer loans on most UK commercial and residential properties, but select only those projects that have a clear exit strategy. This means that, as a TAB Funder, you can choose the investments that best suit your needs, whilst keeping your money liquid.
Borrowers apply for a short-term loan through our application process.
Following a decision in principle, we match borrowers with funders from our network.
You receive monthly repayments, at a rate of 0.75% of the monthly interest charged on the loan.
Lending In Black And White
The experienced TAB team select only those properties which we feel have the best potential to produce a good return for our investors.
We loan up to 70% of the valuation on most UK property projects (including the cost of borrowing).
As a TAB Funder, you can access our full range of possible investments and view the status of all your funded projects in real time online. It’s all there in black and white.

All investments involve an element of risk. We require a minimum commitment of £25,000 per loan, so please do not invest anything that you cannot afford to lose. Investing in a private company may expose you to a significant risk, so we recommend that you take appropriate advice from an authorised finance professional before committing to any investment.
TAB cannot guarantee the success of any project, but each one undergoes due diligence. We aim to have certain risk-reducing elements in place, such as a clear exit strategy for all projects.
Investing in a private company may expose you to a significant risk of losing all the money invested. You should not invest unless you have taken appropriate financial advice. Before investing you should seek advice from an authorised person specialising in advising on investments of this kind.
